School is a Technology Innovator
School, playing a lead role in the state wide
implementation of the Years 1 to 10 Technology Syllabus within the cluster and
district. As a part of this undertaking, a number of key technology projects
have been established, seeking and utilising a range of alternative funding
sources to ensure its ongoing sustainability.
The
emphasis of this role is on establishing school and classroom projects that
promote technology practice through the phases of investigation to ideation
(designing) production and evaluation. Information and Communication
Technologies (ICTs) are a valuable expression tool throughout all phases of this
process.
